Each session lasts 55 minutes. Fees include tax. No changes or cancellations are allowed after purchase is completed. Children (junior high school students and younger) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 20 years of age or older. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or any other trouble that may occur during the use of this exhibition. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted for admission, and we will not be held responsible in such cases. Some of the exhibits may not be available for viewing due to maintenance. Re-entry after admission is not permitted. The following items are prohibited. 　Luggage over 50 cm in length: No lockers or luggage storage areas of a size that can accommodate such items. 　Baby strollers: Please use the baby stroller storage area 　Hazardous materials, odorous materials, fresh flowers, etc. 　Drinks without lids other than plastic bottles and water bottles 　Other items deemed dangerous by the staff Please note that the venue is dark, and there are many places where there are differences in elevation and unstable footholds. 　We ask that all guests, especially those with children, be supervised by their parents or guardians to ensure their safety. Wheelchairs are allowed to enter the venue, however, due to safety reasons, some of the exhibits are not accessible to wheelchair users. No one is allowed to enter the theater if they are in poor physical condition or intoxicated. Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other visitors. Please do not use monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or other auxiliary equipment for filming. Please be aware that various media may cover and film the event. 　If you do not agree to be photographed, please ask a staff member nearby. Please ask a nearby staff member if you do not consent to being photographed or filmed. Please follow the instructions of our staff. Failure to do so may result in your being asked to leave the venue.
